The Poudre River Trail CorridorBoard was created by the City of Greeley, Weld County, and the Town of Windsor via an intergovernmental agreement. This board was then incorporated into the Poudre River Trail Corridor Inc. in January of 1997. This group of volunteers and city staff put forth countless hours to coordinate construction projects, land acquisitions, fundraising efforts, and community education programs about the trail. Without the dedication of those involved in PRTC Inc. the Poudre Trail would not be as far as it is today.
